- 1 cabbage, chopped
- 8 bell peppers, chopped (red and green)
- 6 hot banana peppers, chopped
- 6 large onions, chopped
- 1/2 c. salt
- 1/2 qt. vinegar
- 1/2 box mustard seed
- 2 (1 lb.) boxes light brown sugar
Directions

1Mix vegetables with salt.

2Put in a colander and drain 4 hours.

3Heat vinegar, mustard seed and sugar until sugar dissolves.

4Mix with drained vegetables.

5Pack in pint jars and seal.
