  • 12 1/2 lb. green tomatoes
  • 8 large onions
  • 10 sweet green peppers (bell)
  • 3 Tbsp. salt
  • 6 small hot peppers, chopped
  • 2 tsp. turmeric
  • 4 c. vinegar
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. salt
  • 4 Tbsp. dry mustard (optional)
  • 3 Tbsp. celery seed
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard seed

Directions

    Chop tomatoes, onions and green peppers and sprinkle with 3 tablespoons salt.
