- 2 lb. green peppers
- 20 lb. green tomatoes
- 10 lb. onions
- 3 lb. hot peppers
- 4 large cabbage
- 2 lb. canning salt
- 1/2 gal. vinegar
- 5 lb. sugar
Directions

1Chop cabbage, green pepper, tomatoes and onions.

2Mix all together with canning salt and let stand for 2 days.

3Drain.

4Cook water and vinegar until it comes to a boil; add sugar and spice. Cook for 2 minutes.

5Add cabbage, onions, peppers and tomatoes. Cook for 25 minutes slow.

6Put in jars while still hot.

7Seal with jar lids.
