- 1 cabbage (large head)
- 10 medium green tomatoes
- 6 medium onions
- 3 hot peppers
- 6 sweet peppers
- 1 red sweet pepper
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- 1 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 2 or 3 Tbsp. turmeric
- sugar
- vinegar
- water
Directions

1Next morning, mix celery seed and mustard seed.

2Mix in turmeric until light yellow.

3Mix 1 cup sugar to vinegar and 1/2 quart water to 1 quart vinegar.

4Add a little more water, if needed, to cover stuff while cooking.

5Cook at medium heat until cabbage is done.

6Can while hot.
