- 1 c. diced onion
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. dry rice
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 soup cans water
- Chinese noodles
Directions

1Brown meat with salt in skillet without shortening.

2Mix remaining ingredients, except noodles; add to meat.

3Stir well; put in greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

4Bake 2 hours at 275°. Put noodles on top the last 15 minutes.

5Makes 8 to 10 servings.
