- 1 piece chicken breast
- carrots, cut in thin short strips
- green beans (French-cut)
- cabbage, chopped
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- chow mein noodles, cooked
- green onion, chopped
- soy sauce, if desired
Directions

1Boil chicken until fully cooked; drain and break in small pieces.

2Combine vegetables in skillet and fry until hot.

3Add chicken, salt and pepper and fry for a few minutes.

4Put noodles in a large pan with enough oil to coat the pan bottom.

5Stir in chicken, vegetables and green onions. Heat through.
