  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger, fried with 1 medium onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cans water
  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 2 c. diced celery
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Mix together and bake, covered, for 30 minutes at 350°, then 1 hour, uncovered.

    May add water chestnuts and/or slivered almonds.
