- 8 slices cubed, buttered both sides, bread
- 3/4 lb. cubed ham
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese
- 6 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Place bread in a 9 x 12-inch pan.

2Cover with ham.

3Add shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese.

4Mix eggs and milk together and pour over the top.

5Salt and pepper to taste.

6Let soak overnight. Bake in 325° oven for 45 to 50 minutes, uncovered.
