- 1/4 lb. mild Italian sausage
- 1/2 lb. cooked ham
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. minced parsley
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- pepper
- 1/2 lb. cooked and drained spaghetti
Directions

1Stir-fry sausage and ham until lightly brown.

2Remove from wok.

3Have all ingredients ready and measured. Add hot spaghetti to meat with butter and parsley.

4Mix well.

5At once, pour in eggs and continue to blend quickly, lifting and mixing the pasta to coat well.

6Sprinkle in the 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and a dash of pepper.

7Mix again.

8Serve and top with additional Parmesan cheese.
