- 1 1/4 c. light corn syrup
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Boil to 300° on candy thermometer over medium heat; remove from heat.

2Add 1 teaspoon any flavoring oil to this.

3For example: cinnamon, anise; add a few drops any food coloring (coordinate flavoring and color).

4Have cookie sheet ready, sprinkled with powdered sugar.

5Pour mixture on sheet.

6Let it get hard, then break into pieces.
