  • 8 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 gal. milk
  • 8 egg whites
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. cream, whipped

    Beat in 1/3 cup sugar in egg yolks.

    Stir in milk, slowly.

    Cook over medium heat until it coats a spoon, about 25 minutes.
