  • Dozen Eggs (Egglands Best are best)
  • 1 qt. heavy cream
  • 1 qt. milk
  • 1.5 Cups sugar
  • 0.5 to 0.67 Cup Bourbon
  • 0.25 to 0.33 Cup Rum

Directions

    Separate eggs

    Beat whites until stiff with 0.5 cup sugar

    Beat yolks until light with 1.0 cup sugar

    Beat heavy cream until stiff

    Thoroughly mix above with 1 qt. of milk.

    Add Bourbon and Rum and thoroughly mix
  7. 7
    Refrigerate
