- 1 large can Italian tomatoes
- 1 large can Ginl crushed tomatoes
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 can anchovies
- 1/4 c. pine nuts
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 can of black olives, sliced
- 1 lb. cappellini
Directions

1Place olive oil and crushed garlic in a large deep frying pan. Heat on medium heat.

2Open anchovies and place anchovies oil in pan.

3Chop anchovies and add.

4When garlic turns slightly golden brown, add tomatoes (crush tomatoes first) and Ginl.

5Add raisins and pine nuts.

6Simmer for 25 minutes.

7Add olives and simmer 5 minutes more.

8Cook pasta.

9Pour sauce over and mix well.
