  • 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
  • 1 (1 lb.) box coconut macaroons
  • 3/4 c. slivered almonds
  • 1/2 lb. red and green candied cherries
  • sherry to taste

Directions

    Soften the ice cream in a large bowl.

    Crush macaroons and stir into ice cream.

    Add remaining items and mix well.

    Place in refrigerator trays and freeze.
