  • 1 qt. jar processed dill pickles
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish or 1 tsp. powdered horseradish

Directions

    Drain pickles and discard liquid.

    Slice each pickle lengthwise into quarters.

    As you repack the pickle strips into the jar, add remaining ingredients, alternating with pickles.
