  • 1 c. pecans, chopped coarse
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped to a peak with 1/4 c. sugar

Directions

    Mix nuts, baking powder and crackers and fold into beaten egg whites.

    Pour into a greased 9-inch pie pan.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Cool well.

    Cover with whipped cream.

    Refrigerate overnight.
