  • 3 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. white syrup
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon oil
  • food coloring of your choice

Directions

    Stir first 3 ingredients over medium heat until dissolved. Boil without stirring until 310° is reached.

    Cook at same temperature until you can drop some in cold water and it forms a hard crack.
  3. 3
    Remove from heat and add cinnamon and food coloring.
