- 1 1/2 c. white syrup
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. cinnamon oil
- food coloring of your choice
Directions

1Stir first 3 ingredients over medium heat until dissolved. Boil without stirring until 310° is reached.

2Cook at same temperature until you can drop some in cold water and it forms a hard crack.

3Remove from heat and add cinnamon and food coloring.
