  • 3 lb. chuck roast
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 4 large potatoes, diced
  • 4 carrots, cut

Directions

    Put chuck roast in casserole pan.

    Sprinkle dry onion soup mix on top.

    Add cream of mushroom soup and water.

    Add potatoes and carrots.

    Cover and bake for 3 hours or until roast is tender. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes, then at 350° until done.
