- 3 lb. chuck roast
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can water
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 4 large potatoes, diced
- 4 carrots, cut
Directions

1Put chuck roast in casserole pan.

2Sprinkle dry onion soup mix on top.

3Add cream of mushroom soup and water.

4Add potatoes and carrots.

5Cover and bake for 3 hours or until roast is tender. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes, then at 350° until done.
