Ingredients
- 2 to 3 lb. chuck roast
- 2 Tbsp. meat tenderizer
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 3/4 c. Dale's sauce
- rice, cooked per pkg. instructions to make 6 c.
- 1/4 c. flour
- small amount water
Directions

1Cut chuck roast into small pieces.

2Put in 2-quart casserole dish.

3Sprinkle with meat tenderizer.

4Let set 1 to 2 hours.

5Melt margarine.

6Pour over meat along with Dale's sauce.

7Cook at 350° for 1 hour.

8Drain juice from meat into large skillet.

9Put in flour.
-
10Stir over medium heat to thicken into gravy.

11Add small amount of water to thin gravy.

12Pour this back over meat; cook for another 20 to 30 minutes.

13Pour meat and gravy over rice.

14Serves 8 to 10.
