- 1/2 lb bacon slices
- 1 1/2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 c finely chopped onion
- 1 c finely chopped celery
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 2/3 c boiling water
- 3 lb ground beef
- 1 1/2 c catsup
- 3 tbsp prepared mustard
- 2 - 29 oz cans molasses style baked beans
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Directions

1Fry bacon until crisp, drain and set aside.

2Cook ground beef, onion, and celery until meat is brown and onions are tender; drain off fat.

3Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water.

4Mix all ingredients in large Dutch oven or crock pot.

5Crumble bacon over beans.
