- 1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
- 1 c. chopped red onion
- 3 c. corn kernels
- 1 large chopped pepper
- 1 1/2 c. green tiny lima beans
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. half and half cream
- 2 (5 oz.) cans chunk ham, drained and flaked
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Melt butter in a large pan.

2Add onion and cook slowly for three minutes.

3Stir in corn, chopped pepper, beans, milk and half and half.

4Bring to boil.

5Reduce heat.

6Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.

7Add ham, cook for 5 minutes, or until thick. Season with pepper.

8Makes 4 servings.
