- 16 large cukes
- 2 tsp. turmeric
- 2 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. mustard seed
- 6 c. white vinegar
- 6 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Peel and remove seeds the night before.

2Cut into desired size.

3Sprinkle generously with salt and let stand overnight. Drain.

4Let syrup come to a boil, then add cukes.

5Cook until cukes change color (about 15 to 20 minutes).

6Pack in jars and seal.
