  • 6 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/2 c. chopped cilantro
  • 6 large ripe avocados
  • 1 can chopped green chilies
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • salt to taste

    Cut avocados in half lengthwise.

    Remove seed.

    Scoop out in small chunks into large mixing bowl.

    Mix all other ingredients with avocados, stirring gently.

    Cover and chill for about 2 hours before serving.
