- 2 lb. beef stew meat
- 8 medium potatoes (large chunks)
- 1 small pkg. baby carrots
- 2 to 3 large onions, cut into large chunks
- 2 to 3 green peppers
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Boil stew meat for 2 to 3 hours, or until tender, adding water as needed.

2Add carrots and green peppers.

3Cook for 15 minutes. Add potatoes, onions, salt and peppers; cook for 20 to 30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.

4Add tomato sauce.

5Heat through.
