- 80 grams Processed cheese
- 60 grams Mayonnaise
- 60 grams Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 150 grams Plain yoghurt
- 150 grams Cake flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
Directions

1Dice the cheese to 1 cm pieces.

2Put the mayonnaise and sugar into a bowl and mix well with a whisk.

3Mix in the egg, then add the yoghurt and mix some more.

4Sift the flour and baking powder into Step 2.

5Mix in the cheese (keep some aside for decorating), and use a rubber spatula to mix in a cutting motion.

6Line the mould with muffin cups and pour in the batter.

7Top with the leftover cheese.

8Bake for 25-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C, and they're done.

9Adjust the baking time according to your oven.
