  • 800 g canned tomatoes
  • 3 chilies
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 jalapenos
  • 1 small red onion
  • 14 cup vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

    Chop all the ingredients in chunky pieces and add them together with the vinegar and spices to a saucepan.

    Don't trow away the tomato juice from the can!

    Add the spices and bring the salsa to boil at medium heat.

    Afterwards simmer for about 45 minutes to an hour.

    Finish to taste if necessary.
