  • 12 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can mushrooms, drained
  • 12 slices boiled ham
  • parsley, pepper, garlic and salt to taste

Directions

    Place chicken breasts in shallow roasting pan.

    Place slice of ham on top of each piece of chicken.

    Whip together soup and sour cream.

    Add remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.

    Bake uncovered at 250° for 3 hours.
