  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 2 cup corn oil
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions

    Cut tortillas into triangular chips.

    heat oil on medium-high or 375F in a cast iron pot or heavy duty pan.

    deep fry the chips.

    place sugar, salt and cinnamon in a metal bowl.

    strain chips or pat dry on paper towels and immediately transfer to bowl of dry ingredients.

    Toss chips in the bowl until evenly coated.

    EAT.
