- 12 corn tortillas
- 2 cup corn oil
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
Directions

1Cut tortillas into triangular chips.

2heat oil on medium-high or 375F in a cast iron pot or heavy duty pan.

3deep fry the chips.

4place sugar, salt and cinnamon in a metal bowl.

5strain chips or pat dry on paper towels and immediately transfer to bowl of dry ingredients.

6Toss chips in the bowl until evenly coated.
