- 4 large baking potatoes, pared and cut into 1 1/2-inch slices
- 3/4 c. corn flakes
- 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Melt butter in a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch pan.

2Add single layer of sliced potatoes; turn once in butter.

3Mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle over the potatoes.

4Bake at 375° for 1/2 hour, or until done and tops are crisp.
