Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups Unsweetened, Shredded Coconut (if Frozen, Thaw)
  • 2 cups Chopped Cilantro
  • 2 sprigs Mint Leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Chopped Ginger
  • 1 whole Jalapeno
  • 1/2 teaspoons Tamarind Or Juice Of Half Lemon
  • 1- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • White Bread, For Assembling Sandwiches

Directions

    In a blender, using the grind option, grind all the ingredients (except bread) until a thick, semi-chunky ground mixture is formed.

    Spread chutney onto bread.
  3. 3
    If using optional fillers, place onto bread and sandwich 2 slices together .

    Repeat for the desired number of sadwiches.

    Cut into shapes using cookie cutters or knife off edges.
