Ingredients
- 4 salmon steaks
- 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
- 14 white onion, sliced
- salt
- black pepper
- 12 cup salsa (your choice) or 12 cup hot sauce (your choice)
- 12 cup fresh cilantro, rough chop
Directions

1Heat oven to 375 degrees.

2Line a baking dish with aluminum foil, place salmon in foil.

3Either drizzle olive oil over salmon or divide butter evenly and spread over salmon steaks.

4Sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning.

5Cover with sliced onions, sprinkle salt and pepper.

6Close foil over salmon, create a pouch.

7Bake in oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.

8You will be able to smell it nicely.

9Remove from oven, open foil pouch and pour in salsa or hot sauce, (I use my own homemade) Sprinkle with fresh cilantro.

10Close foil pouch back up and put back in oven for about 10 more minutes.
