- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 tsp. oil
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can Ro-Tel
- 6 cubes chicken bouillon
- 6 c. water
- 3/4 log Velveeta
Directions

1Saute garlic and onions in oil until onions are clear.

2Add other ingredients and simmer as long as needed.

3For meat lovers, you may add 1 pound hamburger or sausage, browned and drained, to simmering mixture.

4Serve with tortilla chips instead of crackers in your bowl.
