- 4 c. water
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 (5 oz.) can tomato paste
- 2 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
- 1 lb. raw ground beef
- 1 lb. raw ground pork
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 2 c. kidney beans, heated through
- 2 c. chopped onions
- 2 c. any yellow grated cheese
Directions

1Stir first 16 ingredients and bring to boil, then add beef and pork.

2Return to boil; reduce heat and simmer uncovered 1 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.

3When ready, prepare spaghetti, cooked with oil.

4Serve chili mixture over the cooked spaghetti. In three separate bowls, prepare the garnishes (remaining ingredients).

5These are then served over the chili and spaghetti.
