- 3 lb. ground beef
- 6 blender minced onions
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 1/4 Tbsp. vinegar
- 9 oz. tomato paste or sauce
- 3 Tbsp. chili powder
- 3/4 tsp. each cinnamon and allspice
- 2 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 8 bay leaves in bag
- 2 qt. water
Directions

1Mix all together and cook 6 hours over low heat in heavy pan (don't brown beef).

2Skim fat off top before serving.

3Can be eaten as is or served as 4 or 5-way chili.

4Cook and drain spaghetti; put on plate, top with chili.

5Add beans, chopped onions and grated cheese as desired (remove bay leaf).

6Serve with oyster crackers.
