Dutch Potatoes

  • 6 medium sized potatoes
  • 6 frankfurters or wieners
  • 4 Tbsp. drippings
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    Peel the potatoes and remove the centers with an apple corer. Drag a frankfurter and wiener through each potato and place in baking pan with the drippings.

    Add the milk and bake for 1 hour at 350°.

    Yields 6 servings.
