- 6 slices white bread
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
- 2 2/3 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut
Directions

1Trim crusts off bread and cut in 4 strips for 24 crisps or cut in half for 48 crisps.

2Using 2 forks, roll bread in Eagle Brand, coating all sides.

3Then roll in coconut.

4Place on well-greased baking sheet.

5Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes.

6Remove at once from baking sheet.

7Makes 24 to 48 crisps.
