- 1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn
- 1/2 c. melted butter (1 stick)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 8 1/2 oz. box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Directions

1Mix all together; pour into 8 x 8-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Recipe can be doubled, but should be baked in 2 pans. Serves 6.
