  • 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce) package Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 egg
  • 12 cup sour cream
  • 12 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 14 cup margarine

    While preheating, place butter in 8x8 baking dish to melt.

    Mix ingredients and pour in baking dish with melted butter.
