  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 small box vanilla instant pudding
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. cinnamon

    Mix first 6 ingredients (mixture will be very thick).

    Mix sugar and cinnamon; stir in cake mixture.

    Save a few tablespoons to sprinkle on top of cake, after cake has been baked.

    Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes in tube pan.
