- 4 c. sugar
- 1 3/4 c. light corn syrup
- 1 c. water
- 2 to 3 tsp. cinnamon oil *
- 1 tsp. red food coloring
Directions

1Lightly oil one 15 x 11-inch baking pan.

2Mix sugar, syrup and water in heavy pan.

3Bring to a boil, tapping bottom of pan to help melt sugar.

4Using candy thermometer, without stirring, continue boiling until hard crack stage (300°).

5Remove from heat and add quickly oil and food coloring.

6Pour in pan.
-
7When cool, use mallet or rolling pin.

8Break into pieces and store in airtight container.
