- 1 lb bow tie pasta
- 12 cup olive oil
- 14 cup fresh lemon juice
- 14 cup chopped fresh basil
- 2 cups fresh Baby Spinach, washed and drained
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 plum tomatoes, chopped
- 14 cup sun-dried tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 lb large cooked shrimp, thawed if frozen
Directions

1Cook the pasta according to the package directions; drain, rinse with cold water and drain again.
