  • 2 c. sifted cake flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 c. oil
  • 3 c. grated carrots
  • 4 eggs

Directions

    Sift flour, soda, salt, sugar and cinnamon.

    Add oil and stir. Add eggs all at once.

    Stir well.

    Add carrots. Mix well.

    Bake in two layer pans at 350° for about 35 minutes.
