Ingredients: 2 c. flour; 2 c. sugar; 1/4 c. cocoa; 1/2 tsp. baking soda; 1/2 tsp. salt; 1 stick butter; 1/2 c. oil; 1 c. water; 2 beaten eggs; 1/2 c. buttermilk; 1 tsp. cinnamon; 1 tsp. vanilla

2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt.

Set aside.

Heat butter, oil and water; bring to a boil and add to dry mixture.

Whisk together eggs, buttermilk, cinnamon and vanilla. Add the whisked mixture in with primary mixture.

Bake in 11 x 18 pan lined with aluminum foil at 375° for 20 minutes or until cake is done.
