- 1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 c. Kellogg's corn flakes
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
Directions

1Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar; set aside.

2Measure corn flakes and milk into large mixing bowl.

3Stir to combine.

4Let stand about 2 minutes, or until softened.

5Add oil and egg; beat well.

6Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined.

7Grease pans with 12 muffin cups.

8Pour batter evenly into them.

9Bake at 400° for about 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
