- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 12 (6-inch) flour tortillas
- vegetable cooking spray
Directions

1Combine water and vanilla.

2Combine sugar and cinnamon. Lightly coat both sides of 3 tortillas with cooking spray. Lightly brush each side with water mixture and sprinkle each side with about 3/4 teaspoon sugar mixture.

3Place on a wire rack in a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.

4Bake at 400° for 8 minutes or until lightly browned.

5Repeat with remaining tortillas.
