- 16 oz. carton Dannon nonfat yogurt, strained to sour cream consistency
- 7 oz. jar Kraft marshmallow cream
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Prepare yogurt by straining to sour cream consistency (takes approximately 2 hours).

2Place yogurt in strainer lined with a coffee filter, plain paper towel or cheesecloth.

3Place bowl underneath to catch when draining out.

4Refrigerate while straining.

5Blend strained yogurt, marshmallow cream and cinnamon well using blender or electric mixer.

6Refrigerate until served. Serve with assorted fresh fruit.

7Makes approximately 2 1/2 cups or 40 (1 tablespoon) servings.

8Contains 20 calories per tablespoon and only a trace of fat.
