- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds
- 1/3 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup dried currants
Directions

1Heat oven to 250 degrees F.

2Combine first 8 ingredients; spread into single layer on parchment paper- or foil-covered baking sheet.

3Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 min.

4Spread mixture onto a clean sheet of parchment paper or foil.
