  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds
  • 1/3 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup dried currants

    Heat oven to 250 degrees F.

    Combine first 8 ingredients; spread into single layer on parchment paper- or foil-covered baking sheet.

    Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 min.

    Spread mixture onto a clean sheet of parchment paper or foil.

    Cool.

    Transfer to large bowl; toss with cranberries and currants.
