- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 c. cinnamon
- 1 box instant lemon pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c. sugar
Directions

1Mix cake mix, lemon pudding, cooking oil, water and eggs all together.

2Mix in a separate bowl the cinnamon and sugar. Set this aside.

3Grease a tube pan and sprinkle about 1/2 of the cinnamon and sugar mixture around in pan.

4Pour your cake mix in pan and then add the rest of the cinnamon and sugar mixture on top. Stir lightly and bake at 350° for about 1 hour.
