- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1-1/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoons honey
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine flours, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda. In another bowl, combine egg, oil, applesauce and honey. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in walnuts.
