- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg white
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 c. pecan halves
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Combine sugar, cinnamon and salt in small bowl.

3Whisk egg whites in large bowl until frothy.

4Add pecans and toss to coat.

5Add sugar mixture and toss thoroughly. Spread pecans in a single layer on a large cookie sheet.

6Bake until toasted and crisp, about 20 minutes.

7Using spatula, loosen pecans from cookie sheet.

8Cool.

9Can be prepared 2 weeks ahead. Store in airtight containers.
